Subfusion

Subfusion is a Stuttgart-based event and entertainment agency, founded in 2022.

With a strong sense for trends, community and cultural developments, we create experiences that go far beyond traditional events. Our ambition is to design environments where music, atmosphere and people merge into one unique experience.

Our vision is to elevate the event culture in Stuttgart and Southern Germany by bringing international artists and innovative formats to the region. From intimate open-air formats to large-scale indoor festivals with several thousand visitors – we combine creative vision with operational excellence and a deep understanding of community, music and atmosphere.

Brands & Partner

We work with strong brands, institutions and partners to create sustainable and impactful event formats. Our network includes national and international brands, venue partners and specialised service providers in production, technology and marketing. Together we develop tailored concepts that authentically integrate brands into cultural contexts and create real value for visitors and partners.

Bar Crew
You are the host behind the bar. You serve guests with a smile, keep track of drinks and ensure a relaxed atmosphere. Experience in bar service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Setup Crew
You set up and dismantle stages, decorations and technical equipment. Physical fitness and team spirit are required. Experience in event setup is a plus.
Security Crew
You ensure safety and order at our events. A secure demeanor, de-escalation skills and a valid professional qualification (§34a GewO) are required.
